CANCELLATIONS

An advance bank account payment of 10% to 50% of the total price of the ordered spa services is only required in busy periods (Easter, Christmas, spa season opening, the International Film Festival). This payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Otherwise a reservation guarantee through the client's payment card is sufficient. Pre-authorisation is made by the card when the stay is ordered (blocked amount of up to 100%).

The following cancellation terms and conditions apply to the pre-authorised amount:

If the stay is cancelled by the guest:

• Until 14 days prior to arrival = No cancellation fee
• 13 – 8 prior to arrival = 50% of complete amount for services ordered
• Later cancellations or no-shows = 100% of complete amount for services ordered 

Any reservation changes and cancellations must be in writing (by e-mail or fax). Services can be inquired by phone but not ordered. A binding order and any other communication must be in writing.
